About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse pipeline of businesses and prioritize outreach to accelerate sales cycles
  • Reach out to businesses through cold calling, emailing, and social selling at scale
  • Promote Square's value through a solutions-based sales approach, identifying merchant challenges
  • Consistently attain and exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Document and track qualified opportunities to pass onto the Account Executive team
  • Participate in frequent developmental opportunities and mentorship programs

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong desire to grow a long-term career in sales
  • High enthusiasm for developing sales skills through cold calling
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Must reside within 50 miles of the posted office location
