Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse pipeline of businesses and prioritize outreach to accelerate sales cycles
- Reach out to businesses through cold calling, emailing, and social selling at scale
- Promote Square's value through a solutions-based sales approach, identifying merchant challenges
- Consistently attain and exceed monthly sales quotas
- Document and track qualified opportunities to pass onto the Account Executive team
- Participate in frequent developmental opportunities and mentorship programs
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong desire to grow a long-term career in sales
- High enthusiasm for developing sales skills through cold calling
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must reside within 50 miles of the posted office location
- Personal leadership qualities, authenticity, and a team-player mindset
