Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-potential prospects within the post-acute care ecosystem
- Identify and qualify franchise operators, independent providers, and healthcare leaders
- Execute multi-channel outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person events
- Schedule and qualify meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in CRM systems
- Represent Arya at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- SaaS experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable engaging with healthcare operators and executive stakeholders
- Interest in AI and automation
