Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-potential companies within the ICP
- Source and engage prospects through multi-channel outreach including LinkedIn, email, phone, events, and X
- Craft tailored, technical messaging that resonates with engineering leaders such as CTOs and Directors of Engineering
- Maintain a strong understanding of the platform to validate technical and business fit
- Collaborate with Account Executives to book and prepare qualified meetings, demos, and proof-of-concept discussions
- Partner with Marketing and RevOps to refine campaigns and event-driven outreach
- Stay current on industry trends in distributed systems, testing, and reliability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to understand deeply technical concepts
- Results-oriented mindset for a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Multilingual capabilities (e.g., French, Dutch, German, Spanish, etc.)
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Software Engineering internship or coding experience
- 1+ years of sales or cold calling experience
- Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
