Antithesis is on a mission to redefine how modern distributed systems are tested and released. Their platform provides engineering teams with rock-solid reliability, scalable performance, and deep technical visibility to prevent production outages and release delays.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-potential companies within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Source and engage prospects through multi-channel outreach including LinkedIn, email, phone, events, and X
  • Craft tailored, technical messaging that resonates with engineering leaders such as CTOs and Directors of Engineering
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the platform to validate technical and business fit
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to book and prepare qualified meetings, demos, and proof-of-concept discussions
  • Work with Marketing and RevOps to refine campaigns and event-driven outreach
  • Stay current on industry trends in distributed systems, testing, and reliability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to understand deeply technical concepts
  • Results-oriented mindset for a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter and creative thinker

Preferred Qualifications

  • Computer Science or Information Systems degree
  • Software Engineering internship or coding experience
  • 1+ years of sales or cold calling experience
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Multilingual capabilities (e.g., French, Dutch, German, Spanish, etc.)
