Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound touch to signed contract
• Prospect and generate pipeline through calls, emails, and chat
• Conduct discovery and qualification to identify prospect pain points
• Run tailored product demonstrations connecting features to business problems
• Handle objections and close deals to drive revenue
• Manage pipeline accuracy and forecasting within HubSpot
• Collaborate with sales leadership to share market feedback and competitive intelligence

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a sales role (SDR, AE, or full-cycle)
• Native Spanish speaker
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Ability to switch between prospecting and closing modes
• Ownership mindset regarding pipeline and results
• Resilient and consistent in high-volume, target-driven environments
• Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or startups is an advantage
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus
