About the role
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to develop and implement prospecting strategies
- Conduct high-volume prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media
- Schedule marketing assessments and discovery meetings for Regional Sales Managers
- Conduct qualification calls with assigned prospects
- Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate internal resources
- Maintain up-to-date lead management and sales forecasting in Salesforce
- Ensure timely follow-up with all prospects
Requirements
- Previous successful sales experience or a strong desire to begin a sales career
- Track record of high achievement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- Technical aptitude to master sales tools
- Ability to handle objections and rejection daily
