Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to develop and implement prospecting strategies
• Conduct high-volume prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social media
• Schedule marketing assessments and discovery meetings for Regional Sales Managers
• Conduct qualification calls with assigned prospects
• Prioritize opportunities and apply appropriate internal resources
• Maintain up-to-date lead management and sales forecasting in Salesforce
• Ensure timely follow-up with all prospects

Requirements

• Previous successful sales experience or a strong desire to begin a sales career
• Track record of high achievement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
• Technical aptitude to master sales tools
• Ability to handle objections and rejection daily
