Responsibilities

  • Researching and identifying potential customers for Abacum
  • Executing outbound sales campaigns using phone, email, and social touches
  • Following up on leads from marketing campaigns or events
  • Understanding target prospect needs and articulating Abacum's value
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team goals
  • Maintaining accurate prospect and activity information in Salesforce

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an outbound BDR/SDR role
  • Cold-calling experience, ideally within B2B SaaS
  • Ability to thrive in a continuously evolving and fast-growing environment
  • Motivated, coachable, and determined mindset
  • Impeccable work ethic
