Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying potential customers for Abacum
- Executing outbound sales campaigns using phone, email, and social touches
- Following up on leads from marketing campaigns or events
- Understanding target prospect needs and articulating Abacum's value
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team goals
- Maintaining accurate prospect and activity information in Salesforce
Requirements
- Previous experience in an outbound BDR/SDR role
- Cold-calling experience, ideally within B2B SaaS
- Ability to thrive in a continuously evolving and fast-growing environment
- Motivated, coachable, and determined mindset
