Business Development Regional Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and direct the assigned region to deliver sales revenue and profit objectives.
• Manage and coach a team of Business Development Executives and Independent Sales Representatives.
• Drive organic growth from existing agents and oversee new agent recruitment.
• Manage regional P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and maximizing gross profit margins.
• Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic action plans to increase market penetration.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to address performance gaps.
• Travel within the region to support the sales team and strengthen agent relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of sales experience within a consumer services or retail organization.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and managing against P&L goals.
• Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
