Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies. We hire people with high agency and high urgency to build systems that shape how companies manage billions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and qualify high-volume inbound leads via multi-channel outreach
- Source new business opportunities across the UK and Ireland through outbound prospecting
- Conduct consultative discovery to understand prospect pain points and intent
- Partner closely with Account Executives to own opportunities and support deal expansion
- Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data in Salesforce
- Refine talk tracks, objection handling, and discovery techniques based on performance data
- Work closely with the GM Europe on high-priority GTM initiatives
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- AI fluency as a daily habit
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Dedication to consistent self-improvement
- Self-starter with a high sense of urgency
- Ability to work 5x a week in office in London
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in additional European languages
- Experience in high-growth startups, consulting, VC, IB, or PE
- Previous experience in customer-facing, business development, or inside sales roles
- Prior CRM experience, preferably Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to build or improve processes or workflows
