Business Development Officer

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and project opportunities across MENA and GCC regions
• Develop tailored client presentations, pitch decks, and capability statements
• Support the preparation and submission of proposals in response to RFPs and tenders
• Coordinate with technical leads to ensure accurate and competitive proposal content
• Proactively approach potential clients and strategic partners via LinkedIn and industry events
• Nurture and manage relationships with leads from initial contact to signed proposals
• Identify and engage relevant experts to support project scopes
• Prepare regular reports summarizing BD activity and opportunity pipelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development or client relations
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn for professional networking and outreach
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with database management and meeting coordination tools
