Business Development Officer, Health and Benefits

Responsibilities

• Deploy the entire sales process from initial prospecting to securing clients to achieve sales targets
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through research, contact initiation, and responding to RFPs
• Work with account teams to determine appropriate solutions, structuring, and pricing for deals
• Negotiate with insurers to secure the best offers for clients
• Prepare presentation materials and verify all contractual documents prior to binding contracts
• Support Public Relations activities, such as attending events, fairs, and seminars to source potential clients
• Coordinate with the Claims Department to follow up on settlements and participate in complex claim handling
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and ensure compliance with company guidelines

Requirements

• University degree
• 5-7 years of business development experience within the insurance or B2B sector
• In-depth understanding of insurance concepts and consulting processes
• Strong negotiation, customer management, and selling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and spoken English and Vietnamese
• Ability to work under high pressure with a proactive and autonomous approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Compensation and Benefits (C&B)
