Business Development Officer

Responsibilities

• Identify new leads through research of organizations and potential markets
• Attend meetings and stay updated on real estate and business news
• Develop business and marketing strategies
• Pitch real estate management services using quotes, proposals, and presentations
• Ensure all documentation is brand compliant
• Win new business deals by negotiating contracts and coordinating requirements
• Maintain fruitful relationships with existing clients through engagement strategies
• Act as a liaison for client inquiries

Requirements

• Bachelor's or College Degree
• 3–5 years of experience in Business Development and Marketing within the real estate or related industry
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
• Strong oral and written communication skills
