Business Development & Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing materials, including practice descriptions, pitch decks, brochures, attorney bios, and client alerts.
• Execute a broad range of marketing and business development strategies and projects.
• Conduct research on clients, prospects, competitors, and industries to support RFP responses and new business opportunities.
• Interpret internal data sources to uncover cross-selling and other business development opportunities.
• Identify and organize profile-raising activities such as webinars, sponsorships, media engagement, and conference involvement.
• Respond to attorney requests for marketing materials and firm information.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of business development or marketing experience in a professional services firm.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of litigation or white-collar legal practices.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in project and team management.
