About the role
Responsibilities
- Hunt and close new B2B clients including corporations, government contractors, hospitals, and schools
- Generate pipeline via cold outreach, site visits, and local networking
- Present secure ITAD solutions aligned with NIST SP 800-88 standards
- Manage and track sales pipeline using HubSpot or Salesforce
- Coordinate with operations to schedule asset pickups and data destruction reporting
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B sales or business development
- Experience in IT or tech services preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Proficiency with modern CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Local to Stafford, VA for full-time on-site work
