Responsibilities
- Plan and achieve assigned annual sales targets
- Build a pipeline by prospecting clients to generate qualified leads and opportunities
- Identify and sell to prospects while maintaining client relationships for cross-selling
- Collaborate with OEM and distributor counterparts to close business deals
- Generate and maintain weekly and monthly reports for business planning and territory growth
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in consultative IT services selling
- Proven track record of achieving annual sales targets of at least 5 Cr
- Strong lead generation and prospecting skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with cloud services and hybrid IT solutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical background
- MBA degree
- Experience handling clients in the Enterprise segment
- Exposure to lead generation tools and sales automation platforms
- Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR to meet customers in person
