Responsibilities

  • Plan and achieve assigned annual sales targets
  • Build a pipeline by prospecting clients to generate qualified leads and opportunities
  • Identify and sell to prospects while maintaining client relationships for cross-selling
  • Collaborate with OEM and distributor counterparts to close business deals
  • Generate and maintain weekly/monthly reports for business planning and territory growth

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in consultative IT services selling
  • Proven track record of achieving a minimum annual sales target of 5 Cr
  • Strong lead generation and prospecting skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with cloud services and hybrid IT solutions
  • Deep customer connections within the Enterprise segment in Chennai

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical background
  • MBA degree
  • Experience handling Enterprise segment clients
  • Exposure to lead generation tools and sales automation platforms
  • Willingness to travel within Chennai to meet customers in person
