About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new marketplace sellers, assessing strategic fit and product portfolio potential
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of sellers to meet targets for seller count and SKU volume
- Own end-to-end onboarding of high-potential sellers to ensure efficient go-live
- Define growth strategies with sellers to drive sales and long-term success
- Collaborate with Category Management, Tech, and Operations teams for marketplace rollout
- Implement and optimize scalable processes and operational standards using data and AI tools
Requirements
- Fluent in German (C1) and English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Seller Management, Vendor Management, Buying, or Category Management
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or retail
- Proven track record in managing and developing business partners
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with a hands-on problem-solving approach
- Experience with marketplace platforms like Mirakl is a plus
