Responsibilities

• Research for potential clients to build a database of leads
• Provide impressive client onboarding journey and high-quality service and product information
• Interact with customers through phone calls, emails, and live chat to address enquiries
• Explore business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships through product training
• Present up-to-date markets insights to prestigious clients
• Analyse the financial needs of a diverse range of customers from mass-market to high-net-worth segments
• Perform in accordance with key performance metrics

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and/or business development for Forex/Financial industry
• Diploma, High Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related discipline
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Chinese
• Native Mandarin speaker or strong understanding of the China market is an advantage
• Self-starter and fast learner with a proactive mindset
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh graduates may be considered for a Trainee position
