Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with potential Clients and Partners interested in trading multi-asset products like Gold, Oil, FX, and Cryptocurrencies
• On-board IBs and help them increase accounts, deposits, and revenues
• Identify and target known Money Managers and IBs in the MENA Region
• Organically build a book of business through relationships in and outside the market
• Determine customers' trading needs and prepare proposals to sell services
• Cross-sell retail clients who meet the IB threshold
• Stay up to date on market news and trends in FX, Commodities, Stocks, and Indices
• Advise on trading strategies, options, and risk management strategies
• Attend industry and company events to source potential clients
• Achieve sales targets
• Maintain customer records using CRM
• Follow-up on client funding, volume, and new account activations

Requirements

• B.Sc. Degree from any discipline
• 4 years of extensive experience in Forex, Banking, or Stock and Commodities Brokerage sales
• Strong knowledge of financial markets (FX, Stocks, Commodities)
• Proficiency in Technical and Fundamental analysis
• Strong relationship management and networking skills
• Excellent selling and communication skills
• Customer orientation and learning flexibility
