Responsibilities
- Build and develop relationships with potential Clients and Partners interested in trading multi-asset products such as Gold, Oil, FX/CFD, and Cryptocurrencies
- On-board IBs and help them increase accounts, deposits, and revenues
- Identify and target known Money Managers and IBs in the African Region
- Determine customers' trading needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs
- Develop and implement comprehensive client acquisition strategies aligned with company goals
- Implement lead generation strategies through events, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and IB partnerships
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
- Advise on trading strategies, options, and risk management strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of extensive experience in Forex / CFD brokerage sales environments
- Proven experience in Business Development, Growth Marketing, or Acquisition Marketing within the African region
- Strong understanding of FX, commodities, indices, and equity markets
- Proficiency in Technical and Fundamental analysis
- Hunter mindset with a focus on chasing targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures
- Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
