Responsibilities

• Build and develop relationships with potential Clients and Partners interested in trading multi-asset products such as Gold, Oil, FX/CFD, and Cryptocurrencies
• On-board IBs and help them increase accounts, deposits, and revenues
• Identify and target known Money Managers and IBs in the African Region
• Determine customers' trading needs and prepare proposals to sell services that address these needs
• Develop and implement comprehensive client acquisition strategies aligned with company goals
• Implement lead generation strategies through events, digital marketing, influencer marketing, and IB partnerships
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
• Advise on trading strategies, options, and risk management strategies

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of extensive experience in Forex / CFD brokerage sales environments
• Proven experience in Business Development, Growth Marketing, or Acquisition Marketing within the African region
• Strong understanding of FX, commodities, indices, and equity markets
• Proficiency in Technical and Fundamental analysis
• Hunter mindset with a focus on chasing targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills across cultures
• Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
