Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through various lead generation channels
• Research and target potential clients that align with the company's industry focus
• Engage with leads to assess specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Maintain consistent communication to nurture relationships and keep prospects engaged
• Convert leads into clients by negotiating contracts and closing deals
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
• Travel extensively to engage with potential leads and stakeholders

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Prior experience in the SaaS, Service Sales, or Marketplace industries
• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
• Exceptional networking abilities to build and maintain robust industry connections
• Strong problem-solving skills to address client challenges
• Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes
