About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and develop relationships with client accounts and key contacts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry and quoting to nurturing leads and converting them into orders
  • Manage client session bookings and coordinate with facilitators and training coordinators
  • Maintain and manage account data and opportunities using Business Central and Salesforce
  • Support marketing efforts by assisting with content creation for monthly newsletters and campaigns
  • Provide platform administration via the Intégro EPIC account, including gathering participant information and issuing invitations
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and respond to sales enquiries via email and phone

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a client relationship role
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and meet individual revenue and activity targets
  • Experience using CRM platforms, with Salesforce proficiency preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Everything DiSC, Five Behaviors, or similar behavioral assessment products
  • Experience working within the L&D, HR consulting, or professional development industries
  • Tertiary qualification in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
