Business Development Manager - Warehousing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to market warehouse and fulfillment services
• Generate sales across contract logistics, value-added warehousing, and distribution
• Prospect new business through cold calls, presentations, and in-person meetings
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities, proposals, and forecasts
• Analyze customer transportation and warehousing needs to deliver value
• Collaborate with internal logistics and pricing teams on competitive strategies
• Identify and engage decision-makers for capital equipment and intralogistics decisions
• Maintain post-sale account management to ensure long-term client satisfaction

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in warehousing, supply chain, or fulfillment
• Proven track record in business development and closing deals
• Strong knowledge of sales planning and strategic account management
• Ability to engage with stakeholders from front-line to senior executives
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Skilled negotiator with high energy and self-motivation
• Experience in the transportation or logistics industry preferred
• Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an asset
