About the role

Responsibilities

  • Attract and generate new lubricant business by identifying and pursuing opportunities that fit the company offering
  • Manage a strategic customer portfolio to optimize profitability, cash flow, and receivables
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive account growth and new business acquisition
  • Act as a technical advisor, recommending optimal lubricants and equipment to meet customer criteria
  • Analyze sales results against budgets and provide detailed forecasts and progress reports to management
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients through regular site visits and prompt inquiry response
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth transitions of new accounts and ensure exceptional service

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in sales or a related field preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in industrial sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities with urgency
