About the role

Responsibilities

  • Attract and generate new lubricant business through strategic sales processes
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic customers to optimize profitability, cash flow, and receivables
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies to identify new business and support account growth
  • Analyze sales results against budgets and provide corrective action plans
  • Act as a technical advisor, recommending optimal lubricants and equipment to meet customer needs
  • Prepare and present marketing strategies, progress reports, and sales forecasts to management
  • Maintain professional communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify product improvements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience in Industrial Sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
