About the role
Responsibilities
- Attract and generate new lubricant business through strategic sales processes
- Manage a portfolio of strategic customers to optimize profitability, cash flow, and receivables
- Implement sales and marketing strategies to identify new business and support account growth
- Analyze sales results against budgets and provide corrective action plans
- Act as a technical advisor, recommending optimal lubricants and equipment to meet customer needs
- Prepare and present marketing strategies, progress reports, and sales forecasts to management
- Maintain professional communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify product improvements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in sales or related field preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in Industrial Sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
