About the role

About the Company

VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities for the energy transition.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale a central growth channel by developing scalable partner and project systems
  • Work closely with Growth, Sales, and the CEO to test GTM hypotheses and scale successful models
  • Take ownership of the pipeline, deal closures, and revenue contributions
  • Develop and manage RevOps processes, including CRM, reporting, and automation
  • Lead the development of the "Partnerships" business unit to enable scalable energy transition implementation

Requirements

  • Experience in Tier 1/Tier 2 consulting, high-growth startups (BD, Partnerships, or Sales), or VC
  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Energy Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make independent, data-driven decisions
  • Strong interest in startups, energy, or real estate
  • Fluent German (C2 level) and ability to explain complex products clearly
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record in building structures and processes in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with Revenue Operations (RevOps) and CRM management
