About the role

Responsibilities

  • Sell complex, strategic IT solutions, staffing, and consulting projects in the local market
  • Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, email, social media, and in-person meetings
  • Establish and conduct client visits according to performance goals
  • Develop and maintain a target account list
  • Generate new job orders and manage them from intake to fulfillment
  • Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information
  • Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell across national practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of technology sales and/or staffing experience
  • Proven success in technology sales or staffing
  • Established reputation and network within the IT community
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Bullhorn
  • Active or leading member of technology networking groups
