About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell complex, strategic IT solutions, staffing, and consulting projects in the local market
- Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, email, social media, and in-person meetings
- Establish and conduct client visits according to performance goals
- Develop and maintain a target account list
- Generate new job orders and manage them from intake to fulfillment
- Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information
- Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell across national practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of technology sales and/or staffing experience
- Proven success in technology sales or staffing
- Established reputation and network within the IT community
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Bullhorn
- Active or leading member of technology networking groups
