About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain target lists for developing client relationships
  • Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, email, social media, and in-person meetings
  • Generate new job orders weekly in line with performance objectives
  • Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment
  • Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity and manage a book of business
  • Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill positions across other lines of business

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 0 to 18 months of experience in audit, tax, and/or public accounting or directly relevant experience preferred
  • Strong customer/candidate focus and results orientation
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet organizational goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA, CFA, or MBA
  • Previous experience in recruiting or business development
