About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish and develop ongoing client relationships
  • Conduct prospecting via phone, email, and client visits
  • Maintain and develop a target account list
  • Manage open job orders from intake to fulfillment
  • Generate leads through professional relationships and candidate interviews
  • Achieve performance objectives related to activity and Gross Margin
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System to log all activity
  • Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell services

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or advanced relevant experience
  • 2 to 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Proven success in achieving or exceeding performance goals
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Salesforce experience is highly desired
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
