About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish and develop ongoing client relationships
- Conduct prospecting via phone, email, and client visits
- Maintain and develop a target account list
- Manage open job orders from intake to fulfillment
- Generate leads through professional relationships and candidate interviews
- Achieve performance objectives related to activity and Gross Margin
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System to log all activity
- Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or advanced relevant experience
- 2 to 3 years of B2B sales experience
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding performance goals
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Salesforce experience is highly desired
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
