Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new connections within the Data Centre sector
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share in Spain and Portugal
• Advise on innovative approaches and value propositions to enhance competitiveness
• Monitor and manage the opportunity pipeline with leadership
• Collaborate with bid teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations
• Act as bid director for major pursuits to ensure high standards of quality
• Contribute to the development of proposal templates for various services and projects

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development within professional services
• Experience in mission critical built environment sectors
• Proven track record of winning work and shaping client opportunities
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
