Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the market entry of innovative packaging and ReUse solutions within the circular economy
• Partner with the ReUse Manager to develop markets for returnable cup and packaging systems
• Target a diverse client base including event venues, municipalities, offices, and sports locations
• Acquire new customers, maintain existing relationships, and lead pilot projects
• Identify new market opportunities and contribute to the continuous development of packaging solutions
• Act as a self-starter to pioneer new segments and market these solutions independently

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or Business Development Manager
• Strong commercial mindset with an entrepreneurial and proactive attitude
• Technical insight and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently, generate own appointments, and follow up effectively
• Affinity with circular economy and sustainable solutions
