Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of Intake Leads and Specialists
• Own conversion performance by analyzing data and implementing corrective actions
• Develop Intake Leads as effective coaches and people leaders
• Conduct structured 1:1s to review performance and development priorities
• Review consultation recordings, dashboards, and CRM data to identify coaching opportunities
• Serve as the escalation point for complex or high-stakes client situations
• Lead daily team huddles to reinforce priorities and sustain engagement
• Partner with leadership on performance reporting, staffing, and hiring decisions
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, CRM standards, and QA protocols
• Conduct consultations when required to model the selling framework

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years in a consultative sales role with proven conversion results
• 2-4 years of experience leading a team
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) at B2-C1 level required
• Experience in immigration, legal, financial, or consultative professional services preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with performance data interpretation and analysis
• Strong client escalation management skills
