We partner with leading corporate brands, agencies, and event organisers to create impactful exhibition experiences through quality, creativity, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities across exhibitions, trade shows, and brand events.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, marketing teams, and event organisers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting through to contract award.
• Conduct consultative meetings to understand client objectives and exhibition requirements.
• Prepare detailed client briefs and collaborate with internal Design, Estimation, and Production teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify opportunities for repeat business, cross-selling, and account growth.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of B2B Business Development or Sales experience.
• Proven experience within Exhibition Design & Build, Events, or Experiential Marketing.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems.
• Fluent English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory.
