About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify emerging trends and unmet customer needs in the food and beverage sector to develop data-driven business strategies.
  • Prospect and engage key decision-makers at potential client organizations to build long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including needs assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Establish and manage strategic partnerships to drive long-term sustainable growth and new product launches.
  • Develop and implement business development plans to achieve annual revenue and growth targets for the region.
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing, Processing, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the food and beverage or packaging industry.
  • Proven track record of acquiring new clients and closing large-value contracts.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyze market data to identify actionable opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 30-40%.
