Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth of the Milwaukee Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) business across Hungary in line with company strategy
• Develop and manage relationships with distributors and dealers to ensure strong alignment and sales performance
• Support product demonstrations, trainings, and customer events to increase dealer engagement and sell-through
• Build and manage a portfolio of large and strategic accounts
• Execute sales plans, achieve revenue targets, and deliver qualitative KPIs
• Identify new business opportunities and lead commercial negotiations with key partners
• Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, activities, and customer data
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry meetings, and events

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience with proven commercial success
• Strong experience in distribution or channel management
• Background in OPE, power tools, garden equipment, or related technical industries
• Fluent Hungarian and a working knowledge of English
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively across Hungary
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role
