About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across public, private, and non-profit sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, proposal development, and contract negotiation
- Develop tailored consulting solutions in collaboration with internal strategy and delivery teams
- Support the development of strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets and business KPIs
- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Contribute to shaping go-to-market strategies and business expansion plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
- Strong experience in B2B and/or government-related projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong existing network within the Saudi market
- Ability to translate complex solutions into client value propositions
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Must hold Saudi nationality
