About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for new, active, and inactive client accounts
- Identify prospects and secure new business through sales calls, presentations, and proposals
- Create and manage account plans for target accounts
- Partner with branch and headquarters staff to implement product solutions
- Establish contacts in the business community through local networking events
- Record all business and sales activity in the company database
- Travel between Dublin, GA and Pooler, GA branches
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of proven outside direct sales experience
- Experience in consultative sales, cold calling, and closing techniques
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to travel to customer sites and other company offices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the surrounding geographic area
