About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for new, active, and inactive client accounts
  • Identify prospects and secure new business through sales calls, presentations, and proposals
  • Create and manage account plans for target accounts
  • Partner with branch and headquarters staff to implement product solutions
  • Establish contacts in the business community through local networking events
  • Record all business and sales activity in the company database
  • Travel between Dublin, GA and Pooler, GA branches

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of proven outside direct sales experience
  • Experience in consultative sales, cold calling, and closing techniques
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and other company offices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with the surrounding geographic area
