About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized sales strategies for target accounts
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through calls, networking, and presentations
- Conduct independent and joint sales calls with branch and management staff
- Serve as the lead sales resource for target accounts, developing detailed account plans
- Collaborate with branch and headquarters teams to ensure solution alignment
- Drive sales closures to achieve or exceed set goals
- Assess client needs and provide consultative workforce solutions
- Build relationships within the business community and participate in local networking events
- Document all sales activities and communications in the company database
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of proven outside sales or business development experience
- Success in cold calling, presenting, negotiating, and closing sales
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to travel locally to client sites and company offices
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
