About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customized sales strategies for target accounts
  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through calls, networking, and presentations
  • Conduct independent and joint sales calls with branch and management staff
  • Serve as the lead sales resource for target accounts, developing detailed account plans
  • Collaborate with branch and headquarters teams to ensure solution alignment
  • Drive sales closures to achieve or exceed set goals
  • Assess client needs and provide consultative workforce solutions
  • Build relationships within the business community and participate in local networking events
  • Document all sales activities and communications in the company database

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of proven outside sales or business development experience
  • Success in cold calling, presenting, negotiating, and closing sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to travel locally to client sites and company offices
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
