Business Development Manager - Supply

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement strategic and operational projects within the supply area, primarily in cross-functional teams
• Act as a sparring partner for strategic initiatives led by Directors and the VP
• Develop new business fields in close collaboration with operational teams
• Conduct complex analyses and perform independent research tasks
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Multi-year relevant experience in Strategy or Business Development, ideally in consulting, finance, or a startup environment
• Advanced MS Office skills, with a strong emphasis on Excel
• Strong analytical abilities and high numerical proficiency
• Hands-on mentality and the ability to drive implementation in a dynamic scale-up environment
• Fast learner with a structured way of working
