Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and own a robust pipeline of sellers, creators, and shops within the trading cards category
• Drive outbound outreach, qualification, and onboarding for high-potential sellers
• Prospect across community channels including Discord, social platforms, and forums
• Conduct product demos and first-show walkthroughs for sellers new to live commerce
• Maintain rigorous CRM pipeline discipline, tracking, and forecasting
• Represent StockX at industry events, trade shows, and community activations
• Track and report on pipeline metrics such as conversion rates and category coverage

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or account management
• Deep familiarity with collectibles/TCG culture, specifically Sports Cards or Pokemon
• Familiarity with the live shopping experience and landscape
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
• Disciplined CRM and pipeline management habits

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing seller network within TCG breakers, sneaker resellers, or collectibles shops
• Personal experience selling on a live commerce platform
• Experience working in a startup or 0-to-1 product environment
• Marketplace experience across both supply and demand sides
