About the role

Responsibilities

  • Expand Steadily’s network of independent agency partners through inbound lead handling and outbound prospecting
  • Interview and screen potential agency partners to ensure quality standards are met
  • Drive agent productivity by establishing strong agency relationships and setting clear expectations
  • Support growth of agency footprint through strategic outreach in target markets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define needs and determine priorities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales with strong presentation skills
  • Deep knowledge of the independent agency ecosystem
  • Strong P&C insurance background with understanding of underwriting guidelines
  • Tech-savvy with ability to leverage data and technology
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight
