About the role
Responsibilities
- Expand Steadily’s network of independent agency partners through inbound lead handling and outbound prospecting
- Interview and screen potential agency partners to ensure quality standards are met
- Drive agent productivity by establishing strong agency relationships and setting clear expectations
- Support growth of agency footprint through strategic outreach in target markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define needs and determine priorities
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales with strong presentation skills
- Deep knowledge of the independent agency ecosystem
- Strong P&C insurance background with understanding of underwriting guidelines
- Tech-savvy with ability to leverage data and technology
- Ability to work independently with limited oversight
