Responsibilities

• Maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with high-value clients by understanding their needs and handling objections
• Drive client loyalty and satisfaction through consistent engagement and upselling/cross-selling strategies
• Manage company-provided leads to maximize opportunities and grow client deposits
• Utilize knowledge of Forex and trading platforms to guide and educate clients on trading opportunities
• Consistently meet and exceed retention and deposit targets
• Conduct professional, persuasive conversations in English to build trust and encourage regular trading activity
• Stay up to date with financial market trends and competitor offerings
• Accurately track client interactions and performance metrics for management reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in Forex or Online Trading in Sales, Account Management, Retentions, or Business Development
• Proven experience managing high-value clients and driving significant deposit volumes
• Strong knowledge of trading platforms, client psychology, and retention tools
• Confident and persuasive communication skills with the ability to build rapport
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools is advantageous
