Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients within the UK market
• Drive client retention and engagement through consistent communication and upselling strategies
• Manage company-provided leads to maximize deposit volumes and monthly trading activity
• Educate clients on trading opportunities using knowledge of Forex and trading platforms
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly deposit and retention targets
• Collaborate with sales, support, and management teams to improve retention processes
• Track client interactions and performance metrics for management reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Forex or Online Trading (Sales, Account Management, or Retentions)
• Proven track record of managing high-value clients and driving significant deposit volumes
• Strong knowledge of trading platforms and client psychology
• Excellent English communication skills with a persuasive and professional approach
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Resilient, proactive, and self-motivated professional
