Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue, margin, and gross profit targets as set by the Sales Director
• Analyze and project quarterly and monthly business for the assigned territory
• Communicate local program spending effectiveness to maximize company profits and determine ROI
• Identify market trends and developments in product categories and geographic regions
• Provide conflict resolution and remove performance obstacles for key accounts in the region
• Align supplier strategies with internal and external team capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or 3-5 years of industry-related sales experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record
• Strong analytical, financial, and commercial planning skills
• Proficiency in Compass, Diver, Excel, and Proof
• Ability to manage assigned budgets and proactively model solutions based on data analysis
