About the role

Responsibilities

  • Focus on winning new enterprise and government logos to drive profitable growth
  • Act as the lead point of contact for all customer-specific matters
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle by leveraging networks to create opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with hardware vendors, ISVs, and System Integrators to build pipeline
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Articulate key value propositions and differentiators to partners and customers
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and identify growth opportunities within the territory
  • Coordinate with sales engineering, operations, and management to meet partner performance objectives

Requirements

  • 5-10+ years of Sales or Business Development experience in the High-Tech industry (SaaS/cloud experience preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in direct enterprise account selling
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) or comparable market spaces
  • Native Japanese and Fluent English language skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong analytical and reasoning skills for technical, contractual, and financial negotiations
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
