About the role

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of 8–12 Outbound BDRs
  • Conduct weekly 1-on-1s and live call shadowing to provide actionable feedback
  • Design and execute multi-channel outbound plays using Salesforce, Outreach.io, and 6sense
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators including activity volume, connect rates, and SQLs
  • Partner with Marketing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
  • Mentor BDRs to develop skills for advancement into elevated sales roles

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role (SDR/BDR or AE)
  • 1+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead capacity within SaaS/Software
  • Proven track record of exceeding outbound targets and breaking into enterprise accounts
  • Ability to translate complex IT concepts like Observability and ITSM into value-based conversations
  • Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation
