About the role
Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of 8–12 Outbound BDRs
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1s and live call shadowing to provide actionable feedback
- Design and execute multi-channel outbound plays using Salesforce, Outreach.io, and 6sense
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators including activity volume, connect rates, and SQLs
- Partner with Marketing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns
- Mentor BDRs to develop skills for advancement into elevated sales roles
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role (SDR/BDR or AE)
- 1+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead capacity within SaaS/Software
- Proven track record of exceeding outbound targets and breaking into enterprise accounts
- Ability to translate complex IT concepts like Observability and ITSM into value-based conversations
- Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation
