About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the entire sales process from outreach to contract execution within the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors
- Identify high-value targets and build market expansion strategies
- Articulate the ROI of the physician-led wound care model to C-Suite and administrators
- Build deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors
- Share field intelligence and contribute to overall company strategy
Requirements
- 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled nursing, or wound care
- Deep fluency in SNF operations and decision-making processes
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Comfort with a road warrior schedule (4–5 days travel per week)
