About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire full-cycle sales process from outreach to contract execution within the SNF and Long-Term Care sectors
  • Identify high-value targets and develop market expansion strategies
  • Articulate the ROI of the physician-led wound care model to C-Suite executives and administrators
  • Build and maintain deep, lasting partnerships with SNF owners and regional directors
  • Collaborate with the team to share field intelligence and contribute to overall strategy

Requirements

  • 2–10 years of documented sales success closing contracts in long-term care, skilled nursing, or wound care
  • Deep fluency in SNF operations and decision-making processes
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
  • Comfort with a road warrior schedule involving 4–5 days of travel per week
  • Strong integrity and a team-first mindset
