About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach to contract execution within the Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care sectors
- Analyze new regions to determine business viability and prioritize high-value targets
- Demonstrate the ROI of the physician-led wound care model to C-Suite and Administrators
- Build high-level trust with corporate SNF owners and regional directors
- Work alongside physicians to ensure a seamless transition from signed contract to active service
- Consistently meet and exceed closing quotas to ensure rapid territory growth
Requirements
- 2–10 years of sales experience with a documented history of closing contracts in long-term care or wound care
- Deep understanding of Skilled Nursing Facility operations and decision-making hierarchies
- Ability to interpret financial statements and build business cases
- Commitment to a road warrior schedule, traveling 4-5 days a week
- Bachelor’s Degree
