Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous market research in the APAC region to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new offshore wind opportunities
• Consolidate and analyze market data to produce intelligence reports using AI tools
• Evaluate regional market dynamics including policy changes, pricing trends, and customer requirements
• Monitor and report on competitor activities and market share
• Support sales pipeline evaluation with data-driven insights on market potential and project viability
• Collaborate with Sales teams to develop value propositions based on tender and auction requirements
• Assist in prioritizing and tracking business development initiatives within APAC

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in business development, market analysis, or strategic planning
• Experience in the energy, renewables, or heavy industrial sector
• Advanced PowerPoint skills
• Ability to use AI tools for advanced market research
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
